As an entrepreneur it’s ok not to have the answers all the time. Often businesses are started with one brain doing all the thinking with no sounding board to use. As a fellow entrepreneur I can support you to make decisions with confidence – no matter what the issue is. I (Emma) can support in dealing with growth, change and whatever else you might be facing.
Business mentoring is slightly different to coaching. I can bring my experience of 13 years of growing businesses from nothing to household brands to the table whilst also running my own. I’ve seen many things done in many different ways and there is no specific right way to do anything as every scenario is unique – what you get from me is my experience of working for many businesses over the years. I’ve seen best in class and worst in class. So I can bring you the best of coaching, and add in my own experience too (the mentoring piece!).

Busines Mentoring – Some Stuff To Know
Business mentoring is for entrepreneurs working on their own or have a growing team and need a hand with strategy, being accountable and in need of an ear to bounce ideas off. The length of time you can work with a business mentor for can vary depending on what the project is but some may work together intially for two to six months and some continue on if the project is of a large scale.
